• each person who receives personal data, (including sensitive data) as those terms are defined in the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) from the Company,
• collecting, using and disclosing Personal data for any purpose relating to its business or your employment.

The Employee understands that the Employer will collect, store, use, process, and transfer personal data within the meaning of applicable data protection laws to the extent such data relates to the Employee’s qualification for employment or is necessary for the employment relationship.  The Employee further understands that the Employer may transfer this data to third parties (including, TMF Korea Co., Ltd.) in accordance with the Employer’s business requirements, where permitted or required by law, including outside Korea.  The Employee acknowledges that the Employee has a right to access his/her personal data and the right to rectify any errors.  The Employee acknowledges his/her obligation to immediately notify the Employer of any changes to any personal data that the Employer may hold, use or otherwise process.  By signing this Agreement, the Employee further consents to the terms indicated in Appendix 1 and consents to the collection, storing, use, processing, and transfer of the personal data referred to in this Section.
