The Challenge
With venue spaces at a premium, our customer presented Encore with a complex challenge — transform a former parking structure into an inspiring space to house their general sessions and breakouts. Large parking structure columns, multi-leveled concrete ceilings, power limitations and a budget to meet were just a few of the challenges to overcome.
The Solution
Niki and team saw through the concrete with imagination, collaboration and technical solutions. The large columns hid floor-mounted lighting on vertical trusses with robotic cameras, the thick walls made the generator outside seem silent, and three large screens with a variety of seating ensured every seat was a good seat.
The Result
The space was well utilized and beautiful. The customer was ecstatic with all the solutions and outcome. The attendees loved it and were none the wiser. As one attendee exclaimed, “This was the perfect event experience.”
