Putting on an event for professionals in the hospitality industry is no easy task. Aimbridge attendees are the critical eyes and ears - with every rope, secret, and event hack in their back pockets. They have a specific set of expectations and keen familiarity with what production companies do. For their annual sales conference, Aimbridge entrusts Encore’s global production group to execute a brilliant (and always well-received) event, year after year.

For the 2019 event, 3,000 attendees entered the ballroom at Hilton Anatole where three 45' x 15' rear projector screens and LED uplighting blanketed the stage and back of the room, setting an impressive tone. Engagement was immediate for the audience with an opening sequence that featured an aerialist and dance troupe flying high and dazzling the event-goers with pizzazz. Encore accomplished the goal to leave the attendees in awe, and have them experience something different. The entire main stage production including a keynote speaker and awards show exceeded the expectations of the perceptive attendees.

Encore was also tasked with technical support in their breakout rooms, producing classroom-style breakout sessions and internal meetings—another example of the benefits of partnership.

“I’m dealing with 5,000 details on any given day,” said Cheryl Shepherd, meeting planner for Aimbridge, “and AV support is normally something I don’t have to worry about. A consistent technical crew for the Aimbridge team made things easy, as did being able to pivot fast, effectively troubleshoot, and improvise when necessary. Encore delivered once again.
