Encore Wins Silver Stevie® Award for Customer Excellence in 2025 International Business Awards®

Encore, a global leader in event production, is proud to announce it has been named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the Achievement in Customer Satisfaction category in the 22nd Annual International Business Awards®, recognizing the company’s commitment to elevating the customer experience through its global Service Excellence strategy.

The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program, receiving more than 3,800 nominations this year from organizations in 78 nations and territories. Stevie Award winners were selected by the average scores of more than 250 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from May through July.

In the submission, Encore highlighted its transformation from a legacy operations-focused culture to one centered on customer experience. Launched in 2024, the Service Excellence strategy aligned nearly 12,000 global team members around a unified vision, introducing immersive training programs, front-line service standards and a revamped CX measurement platform — Event Pulse.

Since launching the initiative in 2024:

  • U.S. Overall Satisfaction (OSAT) rose from 84% to 87%; global OSAT reached 86%.
  • More than 2,800 promotions and 2,000+ STAR certifications were awarded to team members.
  • Live team member training increased by 30%.
  • Venue partner retention exceeded 90%.
