Think Beyond Invites Customers to See the Future of Events

For Think Beyond, our Encore customer event, we invited event planners to the Loews Downtown Chicago Hotel for an exclusive, immersive look into the past, present and future using creative event technology. We aimed to celebrate local partners and provide fresh inspiration for upcoming events.

Encore imagined, designed, produced and executed the event. With the past, present and future of meetings and the city as inspiration, participants were led through distinct Chicago-themed spaces that showcased different ways new technology can craft moments of wonder and “wow!” To make the most impact with limited space and budget, each room was built and curated with the concept of “high-touch, high-tech,” combining storytelling and wayfinding with people and engaging, personalized event technology: a robotic bartender poured classic cocktails, immersive LED monitors became interactive famous works of art and an AI photobooth transformed subjects into their future selves. The result: the participants were abuzz with new ideas, excited to integrate the technologies they’d witnessed into their future activations. New connections and future collaborations between Encore and event planners were established, and we increased customer awareness of our production capabilities.
