TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These rules govern the Encore Journey Challenge (the “Challenge”) being conducted by Encore during IMEX America 2025, beginning on October 6, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. PT and ending on October 9, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. PT (the “Challenge Period”).
The Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, or administered by Instagram, LinkedIn, or IMEX America.
1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
During the Challenge Period, follow Encore on either Instagram or LinkedIn, take a picture with an Encore team member at Encore’s booth (Booth F131) at IMEX America 2025 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas, NV, and post the picture to a public Instagram or LinkedIn account. The post must tag Encore and include the official Encore hashtag (#MyEncoreJourney) in order to qualify. Only one entry per person during the Challenge Period will be allowed, regardless of the number of Instagram or LinkedIn posts by a participant. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt to participate in the Challenge by using fictitious or non-functioning email addresses, social media accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Encore. Computers at Encore will be the official time keeping devices for the Challenge. Encore is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, undelivered, or misdirected entries.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for the Challenge, participants must be 18 years of age or older, reside in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec), be a registered attendee of IMEX America 2025, follow Encore on Instagram or LinkedIn, and must post their picture with an Encore team member at Encore’s booth on a public Instagram or LinkedIn account, tagging Encore and including the official Encore hashtag (#MyEncoreJourney) in the post. Employees of Encore (including their subsidiaries and affiliated entities), the members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, or child), and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to win. This Challenge is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited. In order to claim a Prize (as defined below), Encore may require the winners to provide a valid government issued photo identification card along with their complete current mailing address. Encore will disqualify any individuals who do not meet these eligibility requirements.
3. CHALLENGE AWARD
The prizes (“Prizes”) are one $500 USD Tumi gift card ($500 value), one $400 USD Beis luggage gift card ($400 value), and one $250 USD Amazon gift card ($250 value). Odds of winning depend on the total number of people who post a qualifying social media post during the Challenge Period. The Prizes will be awarded by October 16, 2025 and winners will be notified via Instagram or LinkedIn direct message (DM) and announced on Encore’s social media accounts by October 21, 2025 at 11:59 pm CT. Unless a winner requests otherwise in writing, Prizes will be sent via mail to the address provided upon notification of winning. Encore is not responsible in the event of any undelivered or misdirected email, mail, or other delivery method, and the Prize will not be replaced if it is not received by the winner.
Winners will be selected by random drawing among all eligible entries received during the Challenge Period. The winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the applicable Prize.
The Prizes are expressly limited to the item listed above and unless otherwise expressly specified, does not include taxes, gratuities, or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
Encore reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Encore also reserves the right to change, add, delete, or alter in any way the official Challenge details and restrictions at any time before or during the Challenge Period, without prior notice.
4. CONDITIONS
Decisions made by Encore management with respect to the Challenge are final.
The Challenge is governed by and subject to the laws of the State of Illinois, excluding choice of law provisions. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The federal and state courts located in Cook County, Illinois will be the exclusive forum for any dispute regarding these rules or any activity associated with the Challenge. All entrants agree, by participation in the Challenge, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Cook County, Illinois. Void where prohibited by law.
Prior to release of the Prize to a winner, Encore, in its sole discretion, may require the Challenge award recipient to sign a liability release, agreeing to release and hold harmless Encore, its officers and employees, member agencies, directors, agents and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the Challenge and participation in the Challenge.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide a valid email address or fails to sign and return the requested liability release within five (5) business days of being notified, the potential winner forfeits the applicable Prize and a new winner will be selected. Substitute winners will have five (5) business days to claim the applicable Prize.
If for any reason this Challenge cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, as a result of computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, incomplete or unintelligible entries, or any other causes beyond the control of Encore that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Challenge, or if the Challenge is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Encore reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Challenge. If the Challenge is terminated before the original end date, those participating in the Challenge prior to the termination will still be eligible to receive a Prize.
Encore, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of Encore or its websites or social media accounts. Failure to comply with the rules of the Challenge may result in a participant’s disqualification and/or forfeiture of any Prize. If Encore makes a good faith determination that fraudulent activity has occurred in connection with the Challenge, Encore reserves the right to disqualify that participant.
Encore reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Challenge, including, without limitation, the substitution of an award of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If circumstances beyond the control of Encore result in any delays, rescheduling, or postponements, Encore reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Challenge and shall not be required to award any substitutes.
Encore is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Challenge, or in the announcement of the Prizes.

For the name(s) of the Prize winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt to the above address marked “Encore Journey Challenge Winner.” The Official Rules shall also be available during regular business hours at the Encore offices.
5. PRIVACY
By use of Encore’s websites, programs or services, including participation in this Challenge, you agree to the website’s Terms of Use Agreement located at www.encoreglobal.com, and to the use of your personally identifiable information as described in the Privacy Policy located at www.encoreglobal.com.
