Caesars Promotes Wellness on Exclusive Multi-City Roadshow

Objective

To demonstrate the importance of integrating participant well-being into event planning, Caesars Entertainment envisioned a Wellness Roadshow to be held at unique event spaces in six cities across the U.S. Meeting and event industry professionals received invitations to the experience.

The goal: to promote Caesars Entertainment as a leading, forward-thinking brand committed to wellness and to revolutionize event planning professionals’ perception of and demand for holistic, engaging experiences in inspiring new venues. Caesars sought partnership with Encore to bring their vision to life.

Solution

Encore conceptualized and executed venue transformations at non-traditional venues in six cities, utilizing our extensive local and national resources and outstanding production capabilities to create exceptional Roadshow events. The Salt Shed in Chicago, Magnolia Hall in Atlanta, Chateau Lill in Seattle, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Fairmount Park Horticulture Center in Philadelphia and the Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, D.C. each became contemplative, inspiring wellness centers where guests were immersed in Caesars’ program offerings, like yoga, sound baths, somatic breathwork sessions and guest speaker series from Fortune 500 company leaders.

Encore solutions included:

  • Engage Meeting Package, including tech solutions like audio, projectors, monitors and lighting to provide full-service, location-specific sophistication and ambiance
  • Thoughtful uplighting and calming scenic design elements to shape collective mood
  • Curated Encore Music playlists for added sensory-induced tranquility
  • Custom power and internet installations for accessibility and social media sharing capability

Result

Encore exceeded the expectations of the project, utilizing our collective resources in each of the six cities to produce Roadshow events that captured the essence of Caesars Entertainment’s new wellness initiative. The collaboration with Caesars demonstrated the breadth and depth of event solutions that Encore possesses as an end-to-end production partner in any location.
