Objective

At IMEX America 2024, Encore invited event planners to explore how simple, strategic solutions can elevate their events, transforming memorable moments into measurable successes.

Our mission? Craft a +4,000 squarefoot booth around the theme Break Free: Unlock Your Impact. The experience needed to engage hundreds of guests over the three-day event, guiding them through a multisensory journey designed to show ways to elevate engagement, amplify ROI and ROE, and leave audiences enthralled.

Each aspect needed to inspire planners to rethink their approach to event design, empowering them with solutions to turn their vision into reality. For the experience to be successful, visitors would leave empowered with new tips and strategies on how to deliver significant, lasting impact with thoughtful shifts.

Solution

Encore brought the experience to life with a range of strategic creative, scenic and technology solutions that sparked excitement and left a lasting impression. How we did it:

  • Captured attention with standout exhibit design — Lead by Encore brand, Hargrove, our strategy, booth architecture and unique fabrication drew in attendees.
  • Created immersive visual storytelling — LED towers, screens, projection-mapping, and vibrant scenic elements turned the space into a dynamic storytelling canvas, immersing guests.
  • Encouraged active participation — CatchBox microphones, multi-channel stereo headsets and a hologram guide invited attendees to dive into interactive, hands-on experiences.
  • Ensured seamless technical flow — The booth production ran smoothly, integrating technology & design into a fluid experience.
  • Empowered planners with fresh views — Educational sessions gave planners practical insights to bring back to their own events.

Result

The Break Free: Unlock Your Impact experience drew over 1,000 visitors with its attention-grabbing booth design, sparking curiosity and engagement.

The dynamic setup encouraged meaningful interactions at every touchpoint, creating opportunities for valuable conversations around the idea of small changes creating impact.

These high-engagement moments not only enhanced the attendee experience but also paved the way for new partnerships, setting the stage for future collaborations.
