Encore Reimagines Engagement at IMEX America 2025

IMEX America 2025, the largest global business event trade show in the industry, welcomed meeting, event and travel professionals to Las Vegas, Nevada. As an official IMEX partner for the 4th year in a row, Encore sought to create an interactive exhibit to serve as a guiding hub of inspiration and education for event planners. Our presence positioned us to meet and reconnect with our customers, associates and industry contacts.

Encore imagined, designed and built Encore Station, our 5,000 sq. ft. exhibit, where we led 900+ participants on the Journey of Discovery. In addition to showcasing our full-service production capabilities, we curated an immersive train experience. Inside the train space, we invited participants to view our simulated journey into the experience of planners, where bold ideas spark creativity and events find transformation as a result. Participants found further enlightenment at our Inspiration Hub, where we hosted 17 educational sessions. On the IMEX floor, Encore served as a beacon of innovation, and the source for transformative experiences that make an impact, engaging and inspiring participants. Most importantly, we ignited the spark of exciting ideas to help planners generate impact at future events, established professional connections, and forged new partnerships. As a direct result of our presence, we increased our on-site partnership meetings by over 45% from last year.
