Maritz Designs for Personalized Connection at Elevate 2026

Objective

At Elevate 2026, Maritz sought to foster deeper, more meaningful connections between event professionals, clients and supplier partners. Elevate 2026 brought together more than 320 participants and team members at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona. Guided by the organizing principle of “One-to-One,” the yearly event expanded beyond traditional networking. Their goal was to create personalized experiences that would help build authentic relationships and spark purposeful interactions and connections within intentionally designed environments.

Solution

As their dedicated production partner, Encore supported the Maritz brand event team from the planning stages through on-site execution to make the “One-to-One” vision a reality. Together, the teams created personalized guest experiences that spanned their general sessions, networking opportunities and collaborative learning environments with event design consultation, creative content development and production management.

Opening videos, motion graphics and LED-driven visual environments gave the event theme life and offered distinctive moments across the event. Event technology enabled the Elevation Lounge to serve as a flexible gathering space throughout the program, evolving from a networking hub to a learning environment to a shared dining experience. This adaptability allowed guests to engage with designed-for-the-moment content during networking conversations, within sessions and throughout peer discussions while maintaining a consistent experience. By aligning creative, production and event strategy in collaboration, Maritz and Encore delivered an experience that reflected the event’s relationship-focused objectives from arrival to the closing session.
