Pan Pacific Orchard is an urban oasis on Singapore’s Orchard Road, distinguished by four nature-inspired terraces named Forest, Beach, Garden and Cloud. The hotel combines architecture, greenery and generous open-air spaces to create a refreshing alternative to a conventional city conference hotel.

Seven meeting venues accommodate gatherings of up to 670 attendees, with indoor and outdoor settings available. The Claymore Ballroom is positioned within the Cloud Terrace and provides the hotel’s principal setting for conferences, gala dinners and major celebrations. Smaller rooms support executive sessions, workshops and breakouts, while the Garden Terrace Lawn and Chairman’s Lounge broaden the choice for private functions and social occasions.

Dedicated meeting specialists, culinary teams and leading-edge technology support the event experience. Between sessions, organisers can incorporate curated breaks and activities inspired by the destination. The hotel also offers 343 rooms and suites, providing an integrated option for residential conferences and incentive programmes.
