Located minutes away from Sydney Domestic Airport, Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is the ideal location for fly-in/ fly-out meetings and overnight conferences. Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport features 11 conference and events spaces including the largest, pillar-less ballroom in Southern Sydney Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport’s spacious and luxurious rooms feature 5-star amenities and double-glazed windows for a peaceful night’s rest. The Hotel also has excellent recreational facilities including a gym, spa & sauna and is the only airport hotel with a swimming pool. In addition, Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport has a number of delicious dining options onsite including “La Boca Bar & Grill” – an authentic Argentinean restaurant, AV8 Sports Bar and an outdoor café.

Meetings and Events

The hotel hosts a range of national and international conferences, offering 11 versatile function rooms which can cater for 4 to 400 guests.

Mascot Ballroom

The largest pillar-less ballroom south of the CBD, catering up to 400 guests cocktail style or 270 guests banquet. Understated decor from the ornate chandeliers to the intimate lighting, provide an elegant setting for your event. Fully equipped with extensive audiovisual equipment, remote lighting control and car access. It can be divided into three equally sized rooms.

Centennial Room

On of our most popular airport conference venues, it features natural light and seats up to 70 guests theatre style, 50 guests banquet style or 30 guests in a U shape. It also features adjustable lighting and its own pre function area.

Randwick Room

Another of our fine Sydney conference venues and meeting rooms, the Randwick Room is able to accommodate 30 guests theatre or banquet style; or 15 guests in a U Shape. This room adjoins our large pre-function area.

Botany Room

The Botany Room caters for up to 80 delegates theatre style or 60 in banquet style – making it perfect for mid-sized meetings or a breakout room.
