TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These rules govern the Survey Incentive Drawing (the “Drawing”) being conducted by Encore beginning on August 7, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. CT and ending on August 14, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. CT (the “Survey Period”).
1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
During the Survey Period, follow the link provided to complete and submit the survey. Only one entry per person during the Survey Period will be allowed. All entries submitted become the sole property of Encore and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt to obtain entries by using fictitious or non-functioning email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Encore. Computers at Encore will be the official time keeping devices for the Drawing.
Alternate Method of Entry: You may also enter the Drawing by mailing a postcard containing your name, employer, title, phone number, and email address to Encore, Attn: Keyuri Parmar, 5100 N. River Road, Suite 300, Schiller Park, IL 60176. Postcards must be received by Encore prior to the end of the Survey Period in order to qualify. Encore is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, undelivered, or misdirected entries.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for the Drawing, participants must be 18 years of age or older, reside in the United States, and must respond to all survey questions in full or enter via the Alternate Method of Entry noted above. Employees of Encore (including their subsidiaries and affiliated entities), the members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, or child), and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to win. This Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited. In order to claim a Prize (as defined below), Encore may require the winners to provide a valid government issued photo identification card along with their complete current mailing address. Encore will disqualify any individuals who do not meet these eligibility requirements.
3. DRAWING AWARD
The prizes (“Prizes”) are three $100 Amazon gift cards ($100 value). Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received during the Survey Period. The Prizes will be awarded on August 20, 2025 and winners will be notified by email according to the contact information provided in the survey response by August 27, 2025 at 11:59 pm CT. Unless a winner requests otherwise in writing, Prizes will be sent via email to the address provided at the time of entry. Encore is not responsible in the event of any undelivered or misdirected email or other delivery method, and the Prize will not be replaced if it is not received by the winner.
Winners will be selected by random drawing among all eligible entries received during the Survey Period. The winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the Prize.
The approximate retail value of each $100 gift card is one hundred dollars ($100). The Prize is expressly limited to the item listed above and unless otherwise expressly specified, does not include taxes, gratuities, or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
Encore reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Encore also reserves the right to change, add, delete, or alter in any way the official Drawing details and restrictions at any time during the Survey Period, without prior notice.
5. CONDITIONS
Decisions made by Encore management with respect to the Drawing are final.
The Drawing is governed by and subject to the laws of the State of Illinois, excluding choice of law provisions. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The federal and state courts located in Cook County, Illinois will be the exclusive forum for any dispute regarding these rules or any activity associated with the Drawing. All entrants agree, by participation in the Drawing, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Cook County, Illinois. Void where prohibited by law.
Prior to release of the Prize to the winner, Encore, in its sole discretion, may require the Drawing award recipient to sign a liability release, agreeing to release and hold harmless Encore, its officers and employees, member agencies, directors, agents and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the Drawing and participation in the Drawing.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to sign and return the requested liability release within thirty (30) days of being notified, the potential winner forfeits the Prize and a new winner will be selected. Substitute winners will have thirty (30) days to claim the Prize.
If for any reason this Drawing cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, as a result of computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, incomplete or unintelligible entries, or any other causes beyond the control of Encore that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Drawing, or if the Drawing is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Encore reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Drawing. If the Drawing is terminated before the original end date, those participating in the Drawing prior to the termination will still be eligible to receive a Prize.
Encore, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of Encore or the websites. Failure to comply with the rules of the Drawing may result in a participant’s disqualification and/or forfeiture of any Prize. If Encore makes a good faith determination that fraudulent activity has occurred in connection with the Drawing, Encore reserves the right to disqualify that participant.
Encore reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Drawing, including, without limitation, the substitution of an award of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If circumstances beyond the control of Encore result in any delays, rescheduling, or postponements, Encore reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Drawing and shall not be required to award any substitutes.
Encore is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Drawing, or in the announcement of the Prizes.

River Road, Suite 300, Schiller Park, IL 60176. For the name(s) of the Prize winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt to the above address marked “Survey Incentive Drawing Winner.” The Official Rules shall also be available during regular business hours at the Encore offices.
6. PRIVACY
By use of Encore’s websites, programs or services, including participation in this Drawing, you agree to the website’s Terms of Use Agreement located at www.encoreglobal.com, and to the use of your personally identifiable information as described in the Privacy Policy located at www.encoreglobal.com.
