The Renewable Energy Buyers Alliance (REBA) challenged us to reimagine their in-person Member Summit and convert it to a virtual experience. The newly established organization grew their followers because of a new digital audience and were even featured in Forbes Magazine.
In response to COVID-19 and travel restrictions, the Renewable Energy Buyers Alliance (REBA) challenged us to reimagine their in-person Member Summit. Faced with the prospect of canceling the event altogether, REBA needed their content and agenda converted to a virtual experience that was interactive and fun for their attendees.
Our virtual events team provided event strategy, content development, event and registration management, virtual production services, platform selection and technology management. Virtual Presentation Stages™ in (2) separate rooms provided an enhanced streaming experience and interaction between studios and the remote audience.
We also coached the presenters and sent individual production kits to guarantee speakers had optimal lighting and equipment.
Because the event was specifically designed to be shared and continuously live on-demand, it made it easier for individuals to amplify through their channels and the press to take notice. Forbes shared resulting in 36,122,993 impressions and 910 shares, the ad equivalent of ~$68K.
REBA increased their digital audience by 268 new followers, which for a newly established membership organization, is a significant increase.
