Stefica Divkovic was named Managing Director of Encore for the EMEA region in March 2024. She is responsible for the development and delivery of the company’s multi-year strategic plan for the EMEA region.

Divkovic brings a wealth of experience and expertise having spent the last two years with Everbridge Inc., as Senior Vice President of the EMEA region focusing on scaling the customer and partner relationships across the region. Prior to Everbridge, she led both DACH and EMEA business for Verizon, and also held senior leadership roles at large global organizations such as T-Systems. Divkovic brings expertise in business growth, operations, and cultural transformation in highly competitive environments, as well as a relentless focus on the customer experience.

Divkovic earned her MBA from the University of Wales and a Master of Research from the University of Gloucestershire. In her spare time, she can be found running, hiking, or carrying out voluntary work with refugees.

Scott Nodsle is Managing Director, International Operations, with oversight of APAC and EMEA. He is responsible for supporting the Encore teams, partners, and customers with a focus on driving the business forward, growing its customer base, and ensuring the company builds a global network of support to deliver world-class service.

He has also held roles as Managing Director, Encore APAC, and Group Operations Director – EMEA, supporting growth in both regions and driving Encore’s international portfolio.

Scott has been with Encore since 2000, starting in a technical role supporting the U.S. and Caribbean.

Scott values his team members above all else and enabling them to elevate their careers. He is proud to work with such a talented group of people across the business who work tirelessly with our partners to deliver outstanding experiences and events.

Scott earned his Master of Business Administration and Management, and his Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, both from Texas A&M University. He currently resides in Sydney with his lovely wife and two amazing boys.

David Campbell, Managing Director, International Operations, with oversight for Canada and Mexico, brings more than three decades of successful experience in both the hospitality and environmental service industries to his current role. With a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and a CMA in Accounting, David’s journey in the industry has been marked by diverse and enriching experiences.

Beginning his career in Canada, David quickly rose through the ranks, serving as the vice president and general manager at a prominent Canadian audiovisual firm. His candid and results-oriented approach, coupled with his ambition and passion for hospitality, led him to expand his horizons, gaining invaluable experience through roles across Europe and the United States.

Since joining Encore in 2015, David has reshaped the Company’s vision and trajectory, focusing on strategy, growth, and operational excellence across the Canadian and later, Mexican markets. Known for his candid leadership style, he fosters a culture of empowerment, enabling his team to reach collective objectives while prioritizing customer and employee satisfaction.

David’s dedication to the industry includes participation in industry advocacy and development, sitting on the Boards of Meetings Means Business Canada and a Founding Member of the Canadian Esports Trade Association. Additionally, his membership in the Professional Convention Management Association underscores his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

With his unparalleled track record and experience in both hospitality and environmental service industries, David brings a unique perspective to his leadership role at Encore. His candid, authentic approach, combined with strategic vision and collaborative leadership, continues to drive the company’s success ensuring prosperity for all stakeholders.

Neal Tritton was appointed Encore Mexico’s Managing Director in February 2020. His extensive experience and ability as a leader in various sectors played a key role into his appointment as the ideal executive to lead the company on the right path even in the most unstable moments like the COVID-19 crisis. 

  

Neal has more than 20 years of experience in the media sector.  Worked for Editorial Televisa holding various positions including General Manager of Peru, Neal also served as Principal of Kandeo and prior to joining PSAV served as CEO of Robb Report magazine for Mexico.   

 

Neal has a Bachelor´s degree in international relations from the Universidad Iberoamericana and his MBA, from a joint program between the UCLA Anderson School of Management and the Adolfo Ibáñez Santiago de Chile Business School.
